Tracy Smith, ACP began her career at The Law Offices of Mickey Fine in 1994 and started working as a paralegal in 1996. She achieved her paralegal certification after passing the CLA exam in July, 2009, and has recently completed NALA’s Advanced Paralegal Certification Course in Trial Practice attaining the ACP designation.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1984 in Communication Arts. She is a member of NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants) and currently sits on the Board of Directors of LAPA (Los Angeles Paralegal Association). She is also a member of LAPA’s newsletter committee, South Bay Section, and teaches the General Law and Litigation sessions of the CLA Review Course sponsored by LAPA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, especially wine-tasting trips, cooking and summers at The Hollywood Bowl.
